Dr. Mitchell is also President and Scientific Director of the Neuropsychiatric Research Insititute in Fargo, North Dakota. Martina de Zwaan, M.D., is in the Department of General Psychiatry, at the Friedrich-Alexander-University Hospital, in Erlangen, Austria.
