Wella wasn't great at college and was meandering through petty jobs for a year before getting her first break in a large corporation at the age of 24. Once there, she seemed to transform as an individual and as a professional. Starting with an entry level job with almost no professional qualifications required for it, Wella achieved a leadership position within the first 5 years of her career through determination and a careful cultivating of professional and leadership skills. For 15 years, she went on to lead multiple business functions at multiple big tech and Big 4 companies. Then, she decided to transition into a career of enabling others to develop those same skills that catapulted her to the professional summit.
