When you see someone as part of your life and future, this is love. Finding love is not easy because, one thing, I found out you have to love yourself first before someone can love you; because looks can deceive, but our heart, mind, and soul tells it all. These words I have written from my heart is to someone I have not met yet, but until that day and time come, I hope these words help and touch someone's heart that reads this book in their life of love.

Dear reader, my name is Shelinda Hunter. I'm fifty-six years old, born and raised in Mansfield, Louisiana. I'm a widow, been married once. I have three children, grandchildren, two sisters, one brother, and my mother. My father passed when I was six years old. My brother, a pastor, teaches us the word of God and whom I thank God for having him in our life. I did not know much about love until I started to read God's word for myself, but growing up, I knew my mother loved us so much because of the sacrifice that she made for us. Without a husband, our father, she could have given up, but she is a strong woman, and that's one way to show love for someone. My journey was not easy, but I made it. One day at church, God spoke through my brother to me and said, "You're going to write a book, start writing." So I thought nothing of it at first, but one day I just started writing, and God reminded me of what He said to me about the book. Before I knew it, I had written a book, and it was all because of God speaking through my brother to me that day. It was 2018 when God spoke those words to me, and here I am in 2020, getting my book published. It's great. I love you.
