Rebecca Pendell Garza is now almost 70 with gray hair but no wrinkles. She has a BA in Political Science and Communication Arts. She worked for Aetna Life and Casualty in Grand Rapids and San Antonio, Texas. She then worked for the University of Texas at San Antonio where she met her husband, Carlos.
