For over twenty years, in partnership with Womens Health Bridges [P &G] Ms. Cauthen aka Nana Jackie has also established herself as a Community Health Educator/Practitioner. In 2005 Ms. Cauthen established Bronx Wholistic Network [BW2], a community of Health conscious individuals, who are committed to educating, motivating, and servicing our female youth and who will provide on-going support. In addition to this, Ms. Cauthen has served as a NYC School RN , Certified Adolescent Life Skills Coach, and for several years Nurse Facilitator and Trainer for the NYC Department of Health/School Nurse Division. The long term goal is to have one million girls participate in the nationwide BECOMING D.I.V.A.S. Program ; using the DIVAS Handbook as a practical guide
