Marquez-Garcia is a Puerto Rican - American success story from a Military Family whose family his Great GrandFather was a Merchant Marine in WWII, His Father was a Sergeant in the 65th Infantry Regiment from Puerto Rico, serving in Korea/Vietnam and I served in the Aviation Brigade ending his tenure in NATO. Awaiting for work after serving this Nation, P. Marquez-Garcia helped in the Church, helped translate Resume' into Spanish and by doing so he decided to write and become an Author. In childhood dreams to find treasure left from the Spanish Buccaneers, would entertain P. Marquez- Garcia. But, when seeking treasures yet not finding treasure was his way of entertaining his own children about nature, swimming, snorkeling, conservation, and he found in his dreams the twist of finding treasure can be adventurous, joyful, tasteful and full of imagination. This is a good way to introduce Spanish to children. This book has a Map so you can find the beach the story was developed from, a Pronunciation Table to help with some words in Spanish and a list of very helpful Local Businesses. This is a good reading for Ages 3+.

Pablo Marquez-Garcia had a life that has taken him from Hawaii to Germany and is no stranger to the United States. Writing for him was a relief when waiting for employment and he tried to make his stories about his own life. Benito's Treasure Hunt (Benitos Búsqueda de Tesoros) was his first short story novel, which he followed up with: Flight To The Mountain Top, Cruise'in and finally about government corruption titled; Guided Instrument. He encourages, motivates and is a mentor for those Bilingual Veterans, Young Writers and Novelists that seem to have the same dream, "make it big", by allowing their stories to be accepted in the American community. Thank you to those that enjoyed these special, social and personal thoughts disclosed on paper. Pablo is today one of the most sought out Latino Speakers on his way to help Authors with their dream to become known. An Advocate for Retirement. He will stay doing that for now, because it brings in a livable income.
