Pailin woke up in a decrepit farmhouse , and she was where she was, so she did not know how she came to be. The teenager was unaware who built the house or first toiled the land, but somehow the property seemed familiar. She lived for moments, and she was grateful for the smallest of gifts and experiences. The blooms on a tree heralding fruit made her happy, and harvesting vegetables for a meal was a simple but pure joy. Pailin lived alone and never encountered other people on or around the farm. When she felt lonely, she visualized sharing conversation, touch, laughter, and love with another. She was about to go on journey of understanding and spiritualty to learn what it means to transition through death and what it means to live again.
