I am basically an observer of life. I have been writing fiction since my retirement in 2002. I have written several novels, but my forte is short stories, some humorous, some bizarre, some mysterious, grisly, macabre, and all adventurous. Among occupations too numerous to list, I have been a logger, a soldier, a commercial fisherman, a business owner, a pin setter in a bowling alley in my youth. And a crop follower where I witnessed some very bizarre activities at an early age. In short, I've lived a full, happy life. I enjoy writing immensely. I am happily married. I have two children and seven step-children which all are considered blood.
