The author then discusses the pedagogical implications of bilingual creativity via a language in literature approach. Dina Hassan is a Lecturer at the Department of Modern Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics at the University of Oklahoma, USA. She obtained her PhD from Texas Tech University, USA. Her research interests lie at the intersection of linguistics, translation studies, and literature, with a special focus on Arab-American literature.
