Nicholas Gaskell is a professor of Maritime and Commercial Law at the TC Beirne School of Law at the University of Queensland in Australia. He is also a barrister, andhas a successful practice at Quadrant Chambers. Regina Asariotis is a Senior Legal Affairs Officer and Chief of the Policy and Legislation Section in the Division on Technology and Logistics of the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD), where she is responsible for the Secretariat's work in the field of transport law and policy. Yvonne Baatz is a Professor of Maritime Law and Member of the Institute of Maritime Law, University of Southampton.
