Author Lou Saulino is a Civil Engineering graduate of Manhattan College, and has his Masters in Transportation Engineering and Planning. Lou is a licensed professional engineer with executive level proficiency in both the private and public sectors. He initially ventured into the literary world writing about sports and his life experiences.
