As human and Restan warships battle the advanced guard of the Devil aliens, the humans launch a secret mission deep inside alien space. And now the mysterious ships called "Watchers" reveal there is yet another race transplanted from Earth thousands of years ago. The "Ambassador" and Admiral Hooker are called back into service to find this race and bring them into our aliance. But do they still survive, or have they already been the victims of the Devils?
