The wife of Rex's long deceased brother, Victoria Sanford reminds Greta of her girlfriend and realizes a kindred spirit in the lanky widow. Vicky informs her of her mother's secret life and their intimate relationship. Both women sense chemistry. The twins, Jerome and Thomas Sanford, remain infatuated with their Aunt Greta and titillate her from her woes. Recommended by her attorney, the Harris architectural firm is contacted. Using her charms, Greta speeds blue print time by seducing the illustrious father of the firm before his illustrious son, Adam. Her grand new home dreams begin to unfold when she receives her Harris blueprints and selects her construction company, D-25 Builders.
