Attention is always focused on something, each and everyone has a different attention focus. Oftentimes people are so absent-minded that they can't remember where they have left something. And this is the problem with memory. Memory is directly related to attention. Attention control is everywhere, and everyone tries to steal your attention by any means possible. This book and the knowledge which I will share are meant not for your self-serving purpose, but for you to be protected from those who steal your attention.
