Orwell's interest is focused on the marginalized and destitute classes of society as a socialist writer, in the article "How the Poor Die", Orwell documents the suffering manifested by the absence of social justice and care to make the bodies of the poor a subject for medical students. It was hardly a number, apart from a "subject" of student scalpels and the foul fame of death in such a place: "In a horrible capitalist system, the poor can only settle for submission and exploitation. Orwell, who devoted his writings to a better future, not only observed what was happening around him, but also predicted theories for the whole world, writing about the philosophy of new wars, which was no longer concerned only with annexing and expanding its territory, but also reducing justice and inequality, the spread of hatred and moral and spiritual oppression of its members. Orwell suffered from publishers for being a socialist writer and from communist cultural institutions for his stance on the Spanish War and his criticism of Stalin at the time. His theories and criticisms even included simplifying the language to write a clear and understandable article without the need for depth and reduction, which leads to its thinness, superficiality and the loss of its desired goal. That's what Orwell liked in the perfectly obvious language.
