Dave Harris has taught for over 20 years including considerable inner city work and is well placed to write the ultimate guide to bravery in school leadership. He has been a deputy Headteacher, a Headteacher and currently is principal of the Nottingham University Samworth Academy where he has built a school from scratch a school turning theory into practice.
