Autorenporträt

Roger Gillham is well known for being the official Scalextric historian, and author of eight books on the subject over the last 30 years. Roger's expert knowledge of the Scalextric brand and its parent company, Lines Bros Ltd/Tri-ang, the largest toy company in the world for many years, led to an interest in toy boats, of which Lines Bros Ltd/Tri-ang was a prolific manufacturer.
In compiling this book Roger has been fortunate enough to speak with some of the UK's foremost toy-boat enthusiasts.
