Charlie here, it's been four years since we first encountered the Shadow, an ancient demon of darkness. The Gods sent two warriors to battle this darkness. The Lightbringer and Lightning warrior. The Gods' Lightbringer used her power to banish the darkness back to its own realm but now it's back and it's pissed. I suppose I should explain my part in this story. The Lightbringer is my best friend, we've known each other since, well, since infancy but we are so much more than just friends. Holly saved me from darkness before, but she didn't do it alone, her soulmate, The Lightning warrior helped. He's my cousin, Thomas Eldgrim Toulson and he's a Nordic shaman. That leaves me, the non-mystical third wheel, well I say non-mystical, I was the first in this trio to be possessed by a demon. I made a huge mistake and that started the journey we're on. I think they'd be lost without me though. You can think of me as the third leg of a tripod, without it the group would fall. The Shadow is back and nearly at his full strength, for the moment he's confined to the spirit realm, but we have to come up with a game plan to get rid of him for good. He'd found Tom in the spirit realm and threatened him. I just hope the Gods will be on our side.
