Autorenporträt
Aged 58 I am a civil engineer of 40 yrs, born in Northamptonshire to Ronald and Margret, with two brothers and two sisters. Married twice, divorced twice. Schooled at Paulerspury C.of.E, secondary education at Kingsbrook in Deanshanger. On leaving school at 15 yrs I started work in a local foundry, left at eighteen and started a career in construction on many varied projects across several counties. Travelled most of Europe, also Asia and Africa, over 30 countries. Now spend winter in West Africa, namely The Gambia. Have been putting pen to paper for over 30 yrs, consisting of some 400 poems, 3 books and short stories, nothing yet published. My ambitions are still very strong, if now more mental than physical, time is to be now utilised as never before, and maybe a little success in writing will be achieved.
