Autorenporträt
Ann Marie Di Mambro was born in 1950 and studied at Glasgow University, Girton College, Cambridge, and Bolton College of Education, before becoming a teacher. Her stage plays include Hocus Pocus and Joe (Annexe Theatre Company); Visible Differences (TAG Theatre Company); Sheila, Tally's Blood and Brothers of Thunder (Traverse); The Letter-Box (part of Long Story Short, toured by 7:84 Scotland, published by Nick Hern Books in Scot-Free).

Her television work includes extensive script editing and writing for Take the High Road, Dr Finlay and Machair; also Dramarama and Winners and Losers (STV).

From 1989 to 1990 she was Thames Television Resident Playwright at the Traverse Theatre.
