Samilia Peasah - Boateng is an Early Childhood Educator in Orange County, Florida. She has been an Early Childhood teacher for the past 24 years.
She loves Early Childhood and feels teaching preschool children is her passion. Teaching preschool comes naturally, her favorite age groups to work with are the three-year olds and four-year olds. Her sons are her co-authors Bernard and Solomon Boateng. They are currently attending middle school in Orange County, FL.
The brothers love reading and writing. They co-authored this book with their mom at a time when they were four and five years-old. The book evolved as the children shared their view of their parents' divorcing.
Having an Early Childhood Educator as a mother with a passion for learning, no wonder they loved reading and writing with their mom at an early age. Brown House, Blue House is the first book of a twelve books series on parenting with child(ren) as the main focus during, and after a divorce or single parenting. The books are tools for positive co-parenting for people who are divorced, and single co-parenting. These books are also tools for teachers, counselors, grandparents, and family members to assist children experiencing divorce or single co-parenting situations. The books allow children to express their feelings, as they experience the adventures of two preschoolers sharing their daily routines, and personal feelings because of their parents' divorce and/or single parenting. The books open doors to allow your preschoolers to also share their experiences and feelings, while learning colors, and numbers, so that as a parent or teacher you can better assist the child(ren) to give the appropriate nurturing and guidance during this challenging time in their life. Share this book with your friends and family. Blessings to you and your family.
