Autorenporträt
Dr Julie Edge has been a Consultant in Paediatric Diabetes since 1997, and is the lead clinician for children's and adolescent diabetes in Oxfordshire, UK. She is the clinical lead for the local Children and Young People's Diabetes Network, is involved nationally in the NICE diabetes guideline for children review and the Diabetes Peer Review programme, and was on the NHS Diabetes Programme Board for the Department of Health. She is a past chair of the Association of Children's Diabetes Clinicians in England. Julia Mac Conville graduated from the National College of Art and Design in Dublin in 2007 and has been working as an artist since. She is currently studying costume design and working as a freelance illustrator.
