Autorenporträt
My heart goes out to Cane River. Some of the characters used in this story are no longer with us, but will remain in my heart forever. Their names and personalities are very real to this book. I dedicate this book to all of them. I truly enjoyed writing this story. A lot of the story is based in a peaceful little holler in Yancey County. Right on a creek bank that runs into Cane River. I reside in Hendersonville, North Carolina with my husband (David) and our boxer (Deno).
