Jules Gabriel Verne was a French novelist, poet, and playwright, best known for his pioneering work in science fiction and adventure. His works, which include classics like "Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea" and "Around the World in Eighty Days," are notable for their remarkable foresight into future technological advancements, blending adventure with scientific speculation. In 1857, he married Honorine Anne Hébée Morel, with whom he had one son, Michel Verne.
