Wong is an Associate Professor in the Department of Social Work and Social Administration as well as Programme Director of the Master of Social Sciences (Mental Health) programme at The University of Hong Kong. She is the Director of Training, Cognitive Stimulation Therapy - Hong Kong. She applies her knowledge in psychology and psychiatry to improve services and societal response to population mental health needs.
