The realization of CIF – Center of Infancy and Families comes through:
1. THE SETTLEMENT AND/OR THE DEVELOPMENT of:
1A. CENTERS OF INFANCY or modifying the existent organisms according to the quality characteristics and of the Regulations of the Center of Infancy, organized in:
- INFANCY HOME for children between 0-3 years
- SCHOOL OF INFANCY for children between 3-6 years.
1B. CENTERS OF FAMILIES, characterized through the education offered to the parents, parent – child relationships and involving the grandparents in the Center of Infancy, for creating a new EDUCATIONAL COMMUNITY.
2. THE TRAINING AND THE PROFFESIONALIZATION OF THE TEACHERS ACCORDING TO THE EDUCATIONAL DIRECTION OF CIF, structured by the following training course:
2A.in the CENTER OF INFANCY:
1) The characteristic of the professionalization of the teachers and headmasters
2) The characteristics of the professionalization of animators and the toy library specialists
3) The methodology of the surroundings and the educational game
4) Educational insertion
5) The communication and the Regulations for the children from class
6) The method observation - listening
7) The methodology of design
8) The profile and the role of children in group
9) The map and the social – relational project
10) The mental universe and the cognitive stiles of children.

1) The characteristics of the professionalization of the group facilitator
2) The characteristics of the professionalization of the counselor and of the psycho – pedagogic coordinator
3) The methodology of the research – action process
4) The methodology of the family dynamics analysis
5) Establishing of the infancy and families observatory
6) Family community formation
7) Family counseling
8) Education for parents
9) Didactic laboratories and toy library for infancy and families
10) Grandparents in CIF
3. THE QUALITY CERTIFICATION OF EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS
for improving the quality of the services for infancy and families of CIF, by implementing the CEIF Standard (Certification Education Infancy and Families).
