When I write or read I hear a voice ask - where is the truth? Is it in the final word or is it in the transition from the first thought or impulse? Or is it when it is finally read by somebody for the first time? Is the truth created in writing or reading? Whose truth would it be? What has the word become? A point in time as frozen words, like a picture? A picture has a story before and after, and if the reader were to be part of it the picture wouldn't be frozen and the experience be in the changing that was ongoing.
By showing a transition in my writings, I hope to give the reader an experience in the change of the text and not so much the text itself. The transition from one version to the next, where something is changed, it might make it sharper or even lose something. It is this change I hope the reader reflects over and not so much the text in itself. Thus the reader is more into the text, than just reading.
