Besides being a trained personal growth and meditation teacher, Jo Ann has a diverse background in nursing, Healing Touch, and working as a Spiritual Guide. She continues to offer transformative group and individual experiences and owes this volume in particular to a 10-week course in the Spiritual Path of Aging, which she offered at the First Congregational Church of Stockbridge. A prolific author, lecturer, and energy worker, Jo Ann was a senior Kripalu faculty member for thirty years as well as a behavioral therapist, Healing Touch practitioner, and Spiritual Wellness Guide at Canyon Ranch in the Berkshires. Through her years of channeled writing, teaching, and counseling, Jo Ann recognizes the need for each of us to partner with Spirit in order to bring forth works that are a match to our life purpose and serve the highest good.
