Charlie does NOT want to go to bed. Not tonight. Not any night. That's because at nighttime when it's dark, he hears things and thinks things. And he feels so alone. For anyone who's ever been afraid of the dark or just plain afraid, Rachel Joy Welcher has a reassuring message: God is with us. He sees us and he hears our prayers. Even, and especially, in the dark. With playful illustrations from Breezy Brookshire, Charlie Can't Sleep! will be enjoyed by children as well as the adults who read with them. Also included is a note from the author to encourage further conversation. Discover IVP Kids and share with children the things that matter to God!…mehr
