Nothing lasts. Thats the beauty. This book takes a look at the story of Charlottes upbringing through an artistic lens and a poetic pen. It is meant to honor the industrious spirit of our ancestors and the strength they instilled. Without the preservation of that spirit, neglect creeps in, allowing the overtaking of our cherished past. Would you tear down the Alamo? a Redwood? Dont forget that a beautiful soul lies beneath the rust and vines.

Autorenporträt
Raised on the banks of the Delaware River in New Jersey, Jodi developed an appreciation for nature's inherent beauty early in life. Since his relocation to North Carolina, he has found his passion as an artist. Photography has allowed free expression, creating art from his unique connection to our surroundings. Capturing the very character of our lifeblood may help to preserve that part of our fading pasts. Amongst nature where there are no words, observations can be made through his lens, leaving only the beautiful truth. He believes photography allows the most honest expression of imagination without the corruption of context. These observations and expressions can be found on his website at www.jmeierphoto.com.
