Not only did it sound ridiculous, it also sounded horribly complicated. But I could not stop reading, mostly because the experiences were unanimously positive. Many of these men's stories were like mine: their relationship had lost its spirit and they had tried to rekindle their spirits to get the relationship back on track.

Then the day came when I talked about this with my wife. I had deployed a couple of strategies before to prepare her, so that she would be as supportive as possible. And she was! We decided to give male chastity a try and what was supposed to last for a couple of weeks has not stopped for the past five years.
