Case law in many states is evolving and will continue to evolve for the foreseeable future. Many states have yet to address significant portions of the UCCJEA and PKPA. Some sections, such as most of Article 3, Enforcement, of the UCCJEA, have yet to be addressed in depth by any state supreme court.
" I've seen firsthand the difference between an attorney who knows the UCCJEA and one who plods through it like a toddler crawling through a room full of razor blades. Make no mistake -- this book is essential to navigating the nuances of a law that can create as many problems as it solves."
-- From the Foreword by David Wolkowitz
