YHVH (the personal name of the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob) made a covenant with His people, the Children of Israel. The Torah, the first five books of the Bible, is His ketubbah, His written contract with us, His bride. What if we wrote a ketubbah for our children? What if we wrote down our responsibilities as a parent and our commitment to our children? What if we showed it to our children to help them understand our love and commitment?
