Thierry Kellner is Doctor in International Relations at the Graduate Institute of International Studies in Geneva. He is Lecturer in the Department of Political Science at the Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB). He is associated with several ULB research centres (REPI, EASt, OMAM, CECID, IEE) and the Group for Research and Information on Peace and Security (GRIP, Brussels). Sophie Wintgens (PhD) is Lecturer at the Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB) and at the Centre d'études sur la Chine moderne et contemporaine of the Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales (EHESS). She is also associated with several ULB (CEVIPOL, AmericaS) and ULiège (CEFIR) research centres.
