Geoff Raby was Australia's ambassador to China from 2007 to 2011.He is head of trade policy at London's think-tank Policy Exchange and a member of the not-for-profit Advance Global Advisory Board, University of Sydney China Studies Centre, La Trobe University Asia Advisory Board and chairman of Western University's Institute of Australia China Cultural Relations and Arts.
