Dr. scient. med. Rainer Thiele wrote this work aspart of his doctoral studies in medical science at the UFL (Private University of Liechtenstein) as a cumulative dissertation. He is managing director of the specialist practice for Chiropractic / Osteopathy and Sports Medicine in Munich.
