Julia Metzl was born and raised in Eisenstadt (Burgenland) in 1983. She has a degree in English and American studies. Today she works as an office assistant in Vienna. She lives with her husband Gerd, their daughter and their two cats Kleo and Konsti in Eisenstadt (Austria, Europe). She enjoys her leisure time, two of her great passions are travelling and reading. Julia Metzl often goes swimming, attends concerts or watches series and movies. Writing has always been a part of her life for many years, even if "Chloe's Cottesloe Beach" is her first publication. Her excellent observation skills help her to create vivid characters.
