She is a medical doctor and a specialist obstetrician/gynaecologist with a deep knowledge and understanding of medico-psycho-social issues affecting young people during critical stages of development. She is a mother, and by God's grace has raised five children through very turbulent times. She has first-hand experience of all the issues she discusses in this book.
