Simonetta Armondi is an associate professor in Economic and Political Geography at the Department of Architecture and Urban Studies, Politecnico di Milano (Italy). Alessandro Balducci is a Full Professor at the Department of Architecture and Urban Studies, Politecnico di Milano (Italy).
