Rezensionen
"The authors have done an excellent job of assembling wide-ranging material and presenting it in an easily accessible form. There is an exhaustive bibliography and the book has numerous figures and tables. The book is well-indexed and should become a basic reference in the field of transport and communications." - Terry McGee, The University of British Columbia, Canada
