Hanan A. Alexander is Professor of Philosophy of Education at the University of Haifa and Goldman Visiting Professor in the Graduate School of Education at the University of California, Berkeley specializing in political, moral, spiritual, religious, and Jewish education. His publications include Reclaiming Goodness: Education and the Spiritual Quest which won a 2002 National Jewish Book Award and Spirituality and Ethics in Education: Philosophical, Theological and Radical Perspectives. Halleli Pinson is a lecturer at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. Her research focuses on young people's political identities, citizenship education and social conflict and the interface between government immigration and educational policy. She recently won the prestigious Alon Fellowship. Her publications include Education, Asylum and the 'Non-Citizen' Child. Yossi Yonah is Associate Professor in the Department of Education at the Ben Gurion University of the Negev specializing in multiculturalism and education. His publications include In Virtue of Difference: Israel as a Multicultural Society and with Yehouda Shenhav What is Multiculturalism?
