He is the author of Federal Equal Employment Opportunity Policy and Numerical Goals and Timetables: An Impact Assessment. Lloyd G. Nigro is Professor of Public Administration and Urban Studies at Georgia State University and the coauthor (with Felix A. Nigro) of The New Public Personnel Administration, Fifth Edition.
