Joanna Depledge is Fellow at the Centre for Environment, Energy and Natural Resource Governance (CEENRG) at the University of Cambridge, and a member of the research network Climate Strategies. Jorge E. Viñuales is Visiting Professor at LUISS, Guido Carli, and the Harold Samuel Chair of Law and Environmental Policy at Cambridge. Emma Lees is Professor of Transnational Law at the European University Institute and Professor of Environmental and Property Law, and Wilson Fellow at Fitzwilliam College, University of Cambridge. She is also the Co- Director of the Cambridge Centre for Property Law and a Fellow of the Cambridge Centre for Environment, Energy and Natural Resource Governance (CEENRG). David M. Reiner is University Senior Lecturer in Technology Policy at the Judge Business School and Assistant Director of the Energy Policy Research Group (EPRG), University of Cambridge. He is also a Research Associate of the Joint Program on the Science and Policy of Global Change at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
