Kurt Eggers is a professor at Ghent University, Thomas More Antwerp, and Turku University. He is ECSF chair, IFA president, EFS secretary and associate editor for Journal of Fluency Disorders. He has worked clinically for many years and his research focuses on the role of temperament and executive functioning in stuttering and speech disfluencies in different populations. Margaret M. Leahy has been a clinical researcher and associate professor at Trinity College Dublin, Ireland. She has written extensively on dysfluency and education. She has also served as journal editor and on journal editorial committees for many years. She actively contributes to the European Clinical Specialization in Fluency disorders (ECSF).
