She has been featured on CBS' Early Show for her experiences as a co-parent. Michael D. Thomas is a managing director and head of real estate loan syndications for PNC Capital Markets (PNCCM) LLC, and a member of the PNC Financial Services Group. He is co-founder of CoParenting101.org.
