In my previous books I focused on the learning we may gain from the world of drama and theatre for the workplace. Through a series of reflections, this latest book explores various aspects of development, placing specific attention on coaching, performing and thinking at work. Certain concepts, and in some instances specific words, were originally produced as material for my personal blog over the period August 2011-May 2013.
