Dr Qinqing Xu is a lecturer in Intellectual Property Law in the Law School at Durham University, the United Kingdom. Qinqing obtained her PhD degree with Distinction (Examiners' Commendation for Outstanding Thesis) from the University of Wollongong, Australia.
