Christopher Columbus and his crew have just arrived in the New World. However, their initial encounter with the indigenous people is filled with misunderstandings and cultural clashes. Columbus, eager to claim the land for Spain, is met with skepticism and bureaucracy from the natives, who are uninterested in his claims of discovering America. They are more concerned with their daily activities and seem unaware of the historical significance of Columbus's arrival. Columbus, frustrated by the lack of recognition and the natives' indifference, tries to explain his mission and the concept of "e;publicity"e; to the local chief. The chief, perplexed by Columbus's ambitions, reluctantly agrees to assist him.
