In this 'second' autobiography, Coming to Light! the author takes us through his journey to creativity. He shares with the readers how he uncovered his inner talents of music, painting and writing later on in his life and how he managed to bring them to light and subsequently expressed in creative projects.
Every person is born with talents, some more obvious than others. The author came from a cultural background that told him that 'he is not good enough,' consequently he had doubts about his own talents and abilities. He always had reservations about his own creativity and consequently he came to believe that he did not have the necessary talents to succeed in life. Yet deep down, somewhere in the recesses of his sub-conscious, he always knew that he had talents; his were dormant and suppressed for a long time. In this book, he shares how he realised his musical and artistic talents, and most surprising to himself, his ability to write and become an author of various books and novels.
He is grateful to the gods to have been given these gifts. He is indebted to himself to have listened to the Muse of Inspiration and Creative Arts when the calling came, and to have followed his natural impulses and trusted his inner guidance. He was then brave enough to dare to bring them out to the light and share them with the world.
He survived, as a child, the onslaught of conditionings, doubts and rejections to become a creative adult. And, against all odds, he succeeded in life. Coming to light is a trip full of wondrous possibilities and incredible probabilities and filled with exciting surprises and gifted with miracles and synchronicities.

Autorenporträt

Francis Xavier Aloisio was born on the island of Malta, but spent more than half of his life abroad, first in Peru as a missionary priest and then in England where he settled after resigning from the Church.
Whilst abroad, he realised that not many people knew about the temples of Malta. On his return home, he had a strong urge to find a way to promote the unique wealth of the Maltese prehistoric and historic culture. Firstly he created a collection of paintings depicting Malta's journey throughout history, and then he started doing his own research on the Temples of Malta and Gozo.
He completed a trilogy on the temples of Malta: 'Islands of Dream,' 'The Age of Magic and Wisdom' and 'The New Temple Dreamers.' He also published 'The Maltese Temples in Paintings & Poetry' and 'Malta through the Ages,' 'The Islands of Dream Speak' and 'A Cosmic Perspective to the Maltese Temples' as a self-guide to the sites. He even wrote two autobiographies: 'What a Trip!' and 'Coming to Light!'
In 2017, he embarked on writing the script and making a documentary of the Maltese temples: Let the Stones Speak! This documentary is a compilation of all his work and insights about the temples of Malta.
Francis directs and consults with people/groups about the experience of the sacred sites found on Malta & Gozo (see: maltatemplejourneys.com), and now together with Christine Auriela, does the same with people who want to visit the Central Coast of California and to connect with the pure Lemurian Energies (lemuriaenergyjourneys.com).
Francis started painting late in his life as a way of self-expression. He draws his inspiration from his Maltese background and his experience in South America and England. He is a visionary artist, author, public speaker and spiritual temple consultant.
