Alina Kaczorowska-Ireland is Professor of International and EU Law at the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus, Barbados. She is also the author of the Routledge textbooks European Union Law, Public International Law and Competition Law in the CARICOM Single Market and Economy.

Westmin R. A. James is Lecturer of Constitutional Law and Commonwealth Caribbean Human Rights and Advanced Public International Law at the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus, Barbados. He is also Attorney-at-Law called to the Bar in various Caribbean jurisdictions and has appeared before the CCJ in its Original and Appellate jurisdictions.
